The truth, however, is that historical revisionism is NOT an ideology or an ideological current. Among revisionist historians there are Muslims like Roger Garaudy. There are leftists like Pierre Guillaume, Garaudy’s publisher who used to issue a publication called ‘Socialism or Barbarism’, and whose bookstore was attacked and destroyed by the Zionists repeatedly. There are Jews among revisionist historians like Henry Lewkowicz, and there are as well Christians and Christian fundamentalists. |

HOLOCAUST revisionist Fredrick Toben has been found guilty of criminal contempt after defying orders to stop publishing racist material on his Adelaide Institute website.
In a judgment in the Federal Court today, Justice Bruce Lander said Dr Toben's conduct had been wilful and he had steadfastly refused to comply with the law.
"The courts have held, but his conduct shows he does not accept that the freedom of speech citizens of this country enjoy does not include the freedom to publish material calculated to offend, insult or humiliate or intimidate people because of their race, colour or national or ethnic origin," Justice Lander said.
"It is conduct that amounts to criminal contempt." |

SYDNEY (AFP) — An alleged Holocaust denier wanted in Germany was found guilty of criminal contempt in Australia Thursday for defying court orders to stop publishing offensive material on the Internet.
Gerald Frederick Toben, 64, was convicted in the Federal Court on 24 counts of contempt of court after continuing to publish material about Jews and the Holocaust on his Adelaide Institute website, despite 2002 orders to stop. |
